Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth and fostering new business opportunities for our advertising agency. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the media and advertising industry, and a proven track record in business development. The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in expanding our client base, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities in the advertising sector, specifically focusing on new client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target industries, market trends, and potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to promote agency services and capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, networking, and regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored advertising solutions and proposals that meet client requirements and objectives.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Monitor and analyze industry competitors and market trends to identify potential gaps and opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, progress, and achievements to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications:
